💡 How to Cook

1. Thaw at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or defrost in a microwave (1 minute defrost at 700W)

* Please note that the defrosting time differs depending on the outside temperature and microwave oven performance!

2. Put a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, add stir fry the meat over high heat and fry for 3 minutes.

TIP: Try also adding sesame seeds or sesame oil!
