💡 How to Cook

1. Defrost in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or defrost in the microwave (1 minute defrost at 700W)

2. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan, add meat sauce and vegetable over high heat and fry for 4 minutes.

TIP: After finished cooking, try adding some cheese on top!
