👀 About the Product

This beef intestine hot pot is made by a famous Korean restaurant called Magopgan located in gimhae province south of Korea. The brand only uses the best quality beef intestines, and it is cleaned and handled by the owner of the restaurant himself, cutting excess fat and boiling in special stew to ensure any odour is treated. Then the hotpot is made with the brand's special spicy sauce. It is the best and highest quality beef intestine hot pot you can try anywhere. 


🥣 Main Ingredients

Korean beef intestine, special spicy sauce, vegetables, glass noodles


❄️ Keep in a freezer

⚖️ 320g 

⏱ 15 minutes to cook


💡 How to Cook

1. Add the beef intestine, vegetables (cabbage, mushroom and chives - NOT INCLUDED) and the sauce in the pot

2. Add 5 cups of water (180ml X 5) to the pot and bring it to a boil

3. Once it starts boiling, continue for 6-8 minutes 

4. Lastly, add the glass noodles and the perilla leaves, and boil until the noodles are cooked

5. You can boil longer until the soup is stickier, depending on your preference


*Tip: You can consider adding ramen noodles or udon noodles. Also after finishing, you can add rice, kimchi, seaweed, sesame oil and rice with the leftover sauce and make fried rice!
