Gamjatang is a spicy Korean pork bone soup. It is made by simmering pork bones for a long time then the strained milky bone broth is seasoned with Korean special condiments such as gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) and gochujang (Korean chili paste).

Gamja-tang is the menu that all Koreans miss abroad, as it is so difficult to come across the right meat and ingredients for this dish outside of Korea. It is a perfect hangover meal, and also a great meal over a bottle of soju. Its tender pork shoulder meat with dried cabbage in a thick pork base soup is pure joy.

💡 How to Cook

1. Open the package and put in a pot and heat until it boils.

2. You can add vegetables to your liking.

3. If the taste is too strong, add some more water and bring it to boil. If taste is too blan, boil further. You can also season it by adding some pepper.
