💡 How to Cook
1. Thaw the broth in advance just enough to be partially frozen. The broth should be very cold and better with some ice lumps.
2. Boil the noodles in boiling water, stirring well. (Frozen noodles 5-7 minutes, thawed noodles 4-5 minutes 30 seconds)
3. Rinse the boiled noodles thoroughly under running cold water and drain the water.
4. Put the noodles in a bowl and serve with garnish such as thinly sliced radish, cucumber, and boiled egg.
5. Lightly sprinkle the included kelp vinegar on the noodles.
