💡 How to Cook
Cook in a Microwave
1. Thaw at room temperature or refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Microwave the braised pollak for 1 minute.
(Please open tha pack before cooking in the microwave)
When cooking in a frying pan
1. Thaw at room temperature or refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat the pan on high heat.
3. Add some oil to the pan and cook the pollak until both sides are well cooked. Ensure to flip often as not to burn the sides.
